Join us for another vegan Ethiopian-Inspired cooking class with chef & author Tess Challis!
(Note: You don’t need to have attended the previous class to attend this one - injera is prepared in both, but all other dishes are different)
We will be making the following Ethiopian and Ethiopian-inspired dishes:
* Injera (whole grain; made with teff flour)
* Ethiopian-Spiced French Fries
* Tikel Gomen (traditional potato, cabbage, and carrot dish)
* Caramel-Drizzled “Fried” Pita Crisps
All dishes will be gluten-free and the injera will be hands-on. Come hungry as there will be lots of food to eat!
