All menus are vegan, and contain flavor-forward dishes to satisfy your palate - and emphasize whole foods for your ultimate vitality.

NOTE: The menus are designed for healthy weight loss, but can easily be customized if you have different goals. Upon signing up for a month or more of menu planning, I will ask you a series of questions to ensure that you're getting the best fit for your needs.
