We will be learning (and eating!) the following:

* Everyday (all-in-one stir-fry with soy curls)
* Stir-fry with crisp air-fried tofu and Pineapple Ginger Sweet and Sour Sauce
- Making vegan proteins quick and delicious (soy curls, tofu, and crispy yuba)
- A variety of bases (perfectly cooked brown rice, beanthread noodles, and GF ramen noodles)
- A variety of toppings (peanuts, cashews, toasted sesame seeds, microgreens, etc)

- GF spring rolls
- a vast assortment of vegan cheeses with GF crackers
