Strawberry Lemonade Bliss

This stuff is undeniable proof that life is good—it’s insanely delicious, yet high in antioxidants, vitamins, and fiber. It’s also alkalinizing, low in calories, and contains zero junky sweeteners. Have a sip and feel the bliss!

Recipe from my newest cookbook, FOOD LOVE (foreword by Victoria Moran).

3 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen
¾ cup fresh lemon juice
½ teaspoon liquid stevia
2 cups water or sparkling water

Blend all of the ingredients until thoroughly combined. Serve over ice. This will store, refrigerated in an airtight container, for 3-4 days.

Serves 3; GF/SF/Green/30 Minutes or Under/R (according to the health guidelines in my books and Be Radiant program)

NOTE: This is the PERFECT drink if you're doing the "Delicious Detox" option in my Be Radiant program. You can have as much as you like, as it's chock-full of all things good and nothing else! Plus, all of the lemon is incredibly detoxifying and cleansing. ENJOY!
