Anti-Inflammatory Tonic
This is one of our go-to recipes from my most recent cookbook, Happy Vegan, Healthy Body. We make ours in a juicer, so if you have a juicer, you may want to opt for that route, as it doesn’t require straining. We also love how vitalizing and recharging this power drink is. I like to store it in tiny glass bottles just for extra fun. Let me know what you think if you try it!!
