Please note: Students are required to be fully vaccinated/boosted or show proof of negative covid test from within 24-36 hours of class. Class is limited to 10 students, and will be held in Ahwatukee Foothills (exact address emailed upon registration).

Sushi and Spring Roll Class

Join 8-time cookbook author Tess Challis for this fun, delicious, hands-on cooking class! She has taught hundreds of cooking classes over the last 20 years, and in this class will share her secrets for the most scrumptious, easy spring rolls and sushi ever!

All items will be vegan, gluten-free, nutritious, and delicious!

We will be making the following:
* fresh spring rolls
* peanut ginger dipping sauce
* sushi (nori) rolls, two ways
* lime soy dipping sauce
* ginger wasabi sauce

There will also be snacks, as well as a free copy of Tess’s first cookbook and a complementary sushi mat to take home.
