Do you want to become a stir-fry master? Now is your chance! Learn how to make super nutrient-dense, easy-peasy stir-fries that will blow your taste buds away! All items used in class will be gluten-free and vegan. Please note: Students are required to be fully vaccinated/boosted or show proof of negative covid test from within 24-36 hours of class. Class is limited to 10-12 students max, and will be held in Ahwatukee Foothills (exact address emailed upon registration).

We will be learning (and eating!) the following:
- Sweet and sour veggie stir-fry two ways: * Everyday (all-in-one stir-fry with soy curls) * Stir-fry with crisp air-fried tofu and Pineapple Ginger Sweet and Sour Sauce
- Making vegan proteins quick and delicious (soy curls, tofu, and crispy yuba)
- A variety of bases (perfectly cooked brown rice, beanthread noodles, and GF ramen noodles)
- A variety of toppings (peanuts, cashews, toasted sesame seeds, microgreens, etc)
