Join us for a fun, delicious evening of sushi making! Four different varieties of vegan sushi, plus several yummy sauces. You’ll leave empowered and excited to make your own sushi at home!
Join Tess (8-time vegan cookbook author) for a hands-on class where we’ll make the following:
Vegan sushi rolls (cucumber, avocado, yuba, fermented veg, toasted sesame)
Uramaki (inside-out sushi rolls)
“Sushi spring rolls”
“Sushi waffles”
Sauces to complement all varieties of sushi:
Creamy ginger wasabi sauce
Lime soy
Coco lime ginger sauce)
Class also includes a copy of Tess’s first cookbook (which contains the recipes we’ll be making), a sushi mat, plenty of food, and fun treats!
All class items are vegan and gluten-free (kitchen itself is vegan but not gluten-free)
Class will be held in Ahwatukee foothills at 6:30 PM on March 30th. Class size is especially limited due to the hands-on nature of the menu, so register now to reserve your seat.
