Personally, I absolutely ADORE buffalo cauliflower BUT I don’t *always* order it in restaurants because it’s usually deep-fried and soaked in a very rich sauce. That’s all fun for once in a while, but if you’re like me and try to eat lighter fare overall, it’s not necessarily ideal for every day.
HENCE these babies were born! These low-fat, high-flavor babies.
I figured out a way to replicate the delicious deep-fried appeal of regular buffalo cauliflower, but with MUCH less fat. YAY!! You can serve them plain, with celery sticks, and/or a vegan ranch. Let me know what you think if you try them - they were definitely a hit with my recipe testers so I hope you dig em too!! :)
