What I love most about this chutney is that it’s incredibly health-boosting (hello, garlic, ginger, and lime!) yet adds SO much flavor to anything it touches! In fact, you can add it to “boring” foods (or just simple, plain foods) and it will absolutely bring them to life! Scoop it on top of beans, rice, steamed veggies, or as a dip for spring rolls, samosas, French fries, or Indian pakoras. YUMMMM!!! :)
