Great Businesses to Shop Online with Now
Hey friends! I hope you’re doing OK during this challenging time. We’re all in this together, right?
I’ve been thinking about different ways I can contribute to solutions, and one of them was this: To create a resource for those of us looking to support great businesses, all while shopping online (especially since it’s harder than usual to shop locally, or even on Amazon!).
This idea actually came to me after a baking incident. When all this quarantine stuff started, I got the urge to start making lots more food from scratch than I have in a while. This included injera, tortillas, granola, vegan cheeses and yogurt, and of course, BREAD. However, after looking in several stores (and even trying Amazon!), I found out that everyone else was wanting to bake bread too, because there was NO DAMN YEAST! Anywhere!
So being the eternal optimist, I decided to try and find a silver lining. And actually, I was pleasantly surprised when I stumbled on THIS website that actually had baking yeast available to ship! Can you even imagine??!! Not only that, the brand they carried appeared better than the kind I’ve always gotten (that’s in most stores). All the reviews said that THIS yeast was sooo much better, plus it was cheaper! Yeah, baby. Silver lining!
And I figured that if I was having trouble finding things I needed, perhaps others were too. So I decided to create this resource! Plus, most of the companies below are run by people I know or feel very strongly about supporting.

Let Thy Food: My dudes. This small vegan company is next-level awesome. The owner is a friend of mine and her integrity level is just beyond!! AND you can taste all that love in their delicious, nutritious products. I especially adore the queso blanco, hatch valley queso, santa fe superfood parm, and several others. OMG now I want some!!! Missy J’s Snacks and Treats: This is another small business that I absolutely LOVE! The owner is a wonderful person, and has generously given us a discount code to use! Ka-Pop Snacks: I saw them on Shark Tank and ordered a sample pack. I was very impressed with how delicious all of the flavors were!! However, my favorite was the vegan cheddar chips.
